Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Graham Electric of FL Inc. ("Graham Electric," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 314 E Laurel Rd, Nokomis, FL 34275. By accessing or using our website at grahamelectricfl.com, scheduling services, or engaging with our business in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Graham Electric provides residential and commercial electrical services, including but not limited to: residential and commercial wiring, electrical panel upgrades, dock and marine electrical work, landscape lighting, surge protection installation, pool and spa wiring, and related electrical services throughout Sarasota County and surrounding areas.
Service availability is subject to technician availability, geographic location, and the nature of the project. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided at no charge. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Pricing for completed services will be communicated clearly before work begins. By authorizing work to proceed, you agree to the quoted price and any additional charges for scope changes that are approved by you during the project.
Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment requests submitted through our website or by phone are subject to confirmation by our team. Scheduling is subject to technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee for certain service types.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to work commencing. All invoices are due net 30 unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may be subject to a finance charge. Graham Electric reserves the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Labor warranties are provided on a per-project basis and will be communicated in writing at the time of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and materials supplied by Graham Electric.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or conditions outside the scope of the original work performed.
Permits and Code Compliance
Graham Electric is a licensed electrical contractor (EC13011761) and performs all work in compliance with applicable Florida electrical codes and standards. Permits required for work will be obtained by Graham Electric as part of the project; permit fees may be included in the project cost.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graham Electric's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Graham Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that:
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmits unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or related systems
